Ren Stanley
Managing Partner
Mr. Stanley is the Founder and Managing Partner of AnchorEdge, a platform dedicated to the investment, development, and operation of commercial property.
Ren brings a multidisciplinary background across development, acquisitions, financial modeling, and capital markets. He began his real estate career in Naples, Florida, brokering land deals between private sellers and local developers. He later became a multifamily land acquisition consultant, advising on site selection and entitlements for some of the region’s most active institutional developers.
To date, Ren has led or facilitated the acquisition of over $25 million in development sites, supporting more than $200 million in total vertical development.
Ren earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Kennesaw State University and is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is a licensed Florida real estate professional and a U.S. Coast Guard-Certified Captain.
Outside of work, Ren is driven by meaningful partnerships, operational execution, and personal health. He spends his downtime traveling or fly fishing for tarpon along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Larry Bergner
Principal
Mr. Bergner is a senior real estate executive with a diverse background in development, construction, acquisition, financial modeling, capital markets, and management.
His development track record includes over 1200 residential dwelling units, 800,000 sf of office and 200,000 sf of retail, along with related infrastructure and civic space.
Among these completed developments were multiple public-private partnerships with major municipalities in the Washington, DC-Metro Area, where Larry successfully structured, negotiated and executed significant transit-oriented developments along the Dulles Airport Corridor.
Larry holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, graduating from both programs with honors. He lives in Sandy Spring, Maryland and has three grown children.
